Your biggest revenue lever is the room nobody watches
You only see the deals that close
The visits that fall apart happen with no manager in the room. There is no recording and no transcript, so nobody knows what went wrong.
Ride-alongs do not scale
A manager can shadow a handful of visits a week. The objections and missed value pitches in every other conversation stay invisible.
Coaching runs on memory
Reps recap their own visits, so feedback is generic and late. Nobody can point to the moment a deal was lost.
How it works
From recorded visit to coaching card
The rep taps once to start and once to stop. Everything after that is automatic.
- 01
Record the visit
One tap in Zuper mobile, after the rep confirms customer consent. It works fully offline on rooftops and in basements, and audio syncs the moment signal returns.
- 02
Score against your playbook
Every step in your playbook is marked detected or not, with the timestamp where it happened.
- 03
Coach in minutes instead of weeks
The rep gets what went well and what to improve, with one focus area for the next visit. Managers see the team ranked and who's improving.
- Consent-first, always
- Works fully offline
- Auto-linked to the job
- Auto-pause on incoming calls
Confirm homeowner consent
Please confirm you have told the homeowner this conversation will be recorded for quality and training.
00:00
Audio saves locally. It syncs when signal returns.

The coaching card
Every conversation, scored against what good looks like
Each playbook step is marked detected or not, with the exact timestamp, then the coaching is written the way a manager would say it. There are no vague sentiment scores.

What went well
You opened with a strong introduction and acknowledged the homeowner's concern about the leak at 02:14. Your repair-versus-replace explanation at 08:41 was clear and well-paced.
What to improve
You moved to pricing at 21:07 without anchoring value first. When cost came up at 24:33, the objection was not fully addressed before moving on.
Focus next visit
Spend 30 to 60 seconds on value, covering the warranty and the materials, before any price is mentioned. Practice the transition: "Before we get to numbers, let me show you what sets us apart."

Questions, answered
What teams ask before they roll it out
Yes. Recording never begins until the rep confirms they have told the customer the conversation will be recorded. There is also a built-in audio disclosure the rep can play out loud before starting.
Recording works fully offline. Audio is stored on the device and uploads automatically once the phone reconnects. The rep sees a clear "saved locally, coaching available when back online" status.
Your playbook is a list of steps you expect on every visit. Sales Coach reads the transcript and marks each one detected or not detected, with the timestamp where it happened. The score is how many were detected out of the total, shown out of 100, so you can always trace it back to a moment in the recording. If a rep goes off-script but still closes, the score is shown as-is and the visit is flagged for the manager to apply human judgment.
No. If your team already follows a playbook, share it and the Zuper team configures it for you during onboarding. Sales Coach also ships with a default playbook for in-person inspections.
