- Marketing attribution, finally. Roofers closing the loop from lead source to actual revenue. In plain English. Between site visits.
- People, not just numbers. A surprising chunk of queries asked about specific customers and crew by name. Institutional memory, searchable.
- Dashboards in a sentence. Average thread ran 3.6 questions deep. Some past fifteen. When building a view takes a sentence, you build the exact one you need today.
- The sophistication curve. Week one questions were simple. By week two operators were asking things they’d never thought to ask before.
